• Represents the florentine mice industry and works in closed partnership with Firenze Fiera for the acquisition of congresses.
• Guarantees the support of the local institutions both in phase of bid and of realization of the event.
• Prepares the bids and works beside the local scientific community for the acquisition of the events in Florence.
• Makes a selection of the Hotels based on the specific requests and   verifies the preliminary availability.
• Offers to participants of fairs and congresses a special and personalized Card of services, the Congress Card, valid for the whole stay in Florence during  the Congress or the event
