Edizione nr. 9 per TERRA FUTURA, mostra convegno internazionale delle buone pratiche di sostenibilità ambientale, economica, promossa da Fondazione culturale Responsabilità etica per il sistema Banca Etica, Regione Toscana e Adescoop-Agenzia dell'economia sociale, insieme ai partner Acli, Arci, Caritas Italiana, Cisl, Fiera delle Utopie Concrete e Legambiente. Un’articolata rassegna espositiva con progetti, esperienze e percorsi verso un futuro equo e sostenibile e un calendario culturale ricco di convegni, seminari, dibattiti, laboratori, spettacoli e animazioni.

The new fair opening at the Fortezza da Basso on the 18^th May 2012 is the first international event  dedicated to cultural and artistic tourism organised by Ttg Italia, a  company belonging to the Rimini Fiera Group, in co-operation with the Region of Tuscany and with the support of Toscana Promozione and Firenze Fiera. Three non-stop days with important representatives from the world of arts & culture - Suzanne I. Shenton from the Metropolitan Museum in New York, Marion Wolff from the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam and Evelio Acevedo from the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum in Madrid, and last but not least Roberto Cecchi, Undersecretary of the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage.

Dal 18 al 19 maggio al Palazzo degli Affari in programma la Conferenza Nazionale della Simulazione Medica. Si tratta della prima edizione, sotto l’egida di SIMMED, la prima Società Scientifica Italiana che si occupa dell’argomento specifico, con lo scopo primario di mettere in contatto i vari operatori del settore e confrontare le diverse esperienze. Attesi oltre 150 congressisti. La simulazione è un sistema di ‘training’ totalmente interattivo, basato sull’uso di mezzi formativi ed educazionali innovativi, inseriti nel contesto di uno scenario clinico assolutamente realistico.

The FOTONICA 2012 Convention is a forum for the National photonic community during which the most advanced results of scientific research in all the photonic sectors will be  presented with particular emphasis on how to apply them. In just three days, the national FOTONICA 2012 event brings together both the telecom and ICT photonic applications community and the community more oriented on classical and quantum optical techniques, lasers and optoelectronics. The Executive Board consists of the main National industry experts, coming from Italian universities, CNR Institutes and from several  Companies. FOTONICA 2012 will feature technical sessions, including speeches concerning the topics of this Convention, and panels and symposia presenting the current situation, national and international events and development perspectives of Photonics. Plenary sessions are also included in the programme and will be held by international protagonists of this sector, along with a Technical Exhibition with the participation of several companies.

FOTONICA 2012 will see the participation of various professionals from the photonic sector, including researchers, manufacturers and users of this technology, as well as analysts, investors and all public administrators interested in one of the most promising technologies of the 21st century. Special conditions will apply to encourage the participation of students of specific Ph.D. or university courses.
