OrtoMed 2025 Congress offers a rich and interdisciplinary program, with over 15 symposia and numerous keynote lectures. The topics range from the microbiota to bone fragility, from rare diseases to regenerative medicine, with ample space dedicated to technological innovations (AI, REMS, Osteoenhancement). There is a strong focus on patient outcomes and dialogue with associations, alongside speakers of international prominence.
The event is designed as a moment of synthesis between research, clinical practice, and future perspectives for the treatment of musculoskeletal pathologies.

Multidisciplinarity is an indispensable cultural condition, necessary for the understanding and management of diseases in their modern sense. Their complexity, in fact, justifies this approach. OrtoMed is an established conference in the Italian scientific landscape, filling the gap that exists between the clinical-biological and the surgical aspects of musculoskeletal system diseases. OrtoMed's vision has always been to bring together worlds that did not interact, and the success achieved by the Society testifies to the fact that the task has been accomplished. The Congress was created and continues to have its own identity to foster a close integration between orthopedics and internal medicine, for the appropriate and correct management of certain metabolic bone diseases, such as osteoporosis, a pathology that is constantly increasing, also due to the size of the elderly population. Only a multidisciplinary view of the disease can give us a complete vision of the various problems that present to the specialist and the Family Doctor. Ample space will be dedicated to the group of young professionals who, as every year, will animate this scientific event with innovative presentations. We therefore believe that, as with the other editions, this twentieth Congress will allow participants to acquire knowledge and skills both on the complications of osteoporosis and on new diagnostic and therapeutic perspectives in this area.
