Florence, June 19th, 2025. The Board of Directors of Firenze Fiera approved the 2025–2028 Relaunch and Development Plan, which includes a capital increase of €6,350,000.
The capital increase plan includes, among other initiatives, the construction of tensile structures at the Fortezza to compensate for reduced space due to ongoing works, as well as investments in technological and digital innovation aimed at enhancing the quality and competitiveness of the exhibition district.
“Following the positive results of the 2024 financial statements,” said President Becattini, “the company is introducing another plan for stabilization and growth”. “On behalf of the Board of Directors,” Becattini concluded, “I would like to thank the shareholders and employees for their efforts and for the further innovations we will carry forward together”.
