“Taste continues to grow, and it is not only in quantitative terms”, commented Agostino Poletto, General Director of Pitti Immagine. Through the 17 editions, the number of the companies participating has obviously increased, but the growing number of requests to participate in the Fair is carefully selected through the rigorous filter of quality, taking into consideration the needs of our partners – qualified international food world professionals. That is why, today ‘Taste’ gathers small niche businesses as well as more structured companies that can satisfy bigger markets, while still preserving quality and craftsmanship. We never get tired of discover and present these cult brands!”
