Florence, March 30, 2026. The Board of Directors of Firenze Fiera has approved the financial statements as of December 31, 2025.
The company closed 2025 with revenues of €24.2 million, essentially in line with 2024 (€24.7 million), while net profit amounted to €1.5 million.
It is important to highlight the revenue trend during the current Board of Directors’ term: 2023, €20.4 million; 2024, €24.7 million; 2025, €24.2 million. The total net profit over the three-year period amounts to €4.5 million.
Personnel costs, relative to production value, remained stable at 10%.
Excellent results were achieved in the trade fair sector, particularly in the directly organized fairs, which recorded revenues of €6.5 million, up 15% compared to the previous year, driven by the exponential growth of DIDACTA ITALIA and the strong performance of MIDA – International Handicraft Exhibition, which will celebrate its 90th anniversary next month, from April 25 to May 3. Indirect fairs remained in line with previous years, recording revenues of €7.7 million.
The congress sector also confirmed a strong performance in 2025, with total revenues of €9.4 million, 114 events hosted, and a total attendance of 65,200 delegates.
“The 2025 results confirm the solidity of the path undertaken and the effectiveness of the strategic choices pursued in recent years, focusing on innovation and the quality of our trade fair and congress offerings,” said Lorenzo Becattini. “We look to the future with confidence, ready to develop new synergistic projects that can interpret market developments and contribute to the economic and cultural growth of the region and the country.”
“Finally, the company,” concluded Becattini, “will initiate procedures to appoint a commercial director, as foreseen in the industrial plan, with the related costs allocated in the budget.”
