The company supplementary agreement between Firenze Fiera and the trade unions has been renewed
Florence, December 22, 2025 – The new company supplementary agreement between Firenze Fiera and the trade unions CGIL, CISL, and UIL has been signed, following a constructive dialogue that saw both parties committed to strengthening industrial relations and promoting organizational well-being, while respecting the company’s objectives and protecting employees’ rights. Both the company and the trade union representatives expressed satisfaction with the positive outcome of this shared process.
The agreement reached confirms the shared commitment to strengthening a model of industrial relations based on constructive dialogue, responsibility, and transparency, with the aim of promoting the well-being of employees while supporting the company’s growth and sustainability.
